Why is it important for me to know Jesus’s Hebrew name? It’s not the first name that comes to mind when I think of Him

I wouldn’t say it is necessarily important, other than when you love someone you tend to want to know as much about them as possible. There is nothing magical about the name Yeshua anymore than there is anything magical about the name Jesus. However, there is a bit of detail about His nature in His Hebrew name, which means “the Lord’s salvation” or “the salvation of the Lord”.
